We'd love to here from you! Feel free to call or email us (left) or fill out the form below with any questions or comments. We're still looking for volunteers; don't hesitate to sign up! We still need people to man the information booth in hour increments from 7 to 2. Duties would be to hand out programs, sell water and tee shirts, answer questions, and give directions.

We also need those who want to make an herbal recipe for our herbal tasting booth. Both the recipe and the money for ingredients are provided, unless you want to donate. If you like to cook this can be fun and done ahead of time so you can enjoy the festival. We need people to man the tasting booth for an hour at a time between 9 and 11. You would need to be familiar with the recipe and be able to chat with people about what they are tasting, as you serve it to them. Ideally, a person could both cook and man the booth for a while.

We need a couple of people to work with David McCoy, from 6:30 am ~ 8 am at the entrance to Jackson Square to admit vendors and make sure their vehicles are out of the square by 7:30 and parked in the upper Blankenship parking lot. We need someone who can walk around the square easily as needed, because David has BAD knees and walks slowly.

We need a couple of people to assist the chef and give out samples for an hour at a time between 1 and 3 pm.

Lastly, we're still looking for volunteers to make posters for information booth, chef, herbal tastings, music, and educational presentations.
